Samples are sized to fit 11.5”-12” fashion dolls with modern body types. Samples shown are modelled by Mattel’s Made-to-Move (MTM) Barbie dolls in Petite, Standard, Curvy, and Tall body types and Integrity Toy’s Poppy Parker doll.
CHARTED/WRITTEN:
The pattern includes complete written directions and is fully charted.
GAUGE:
9 sts/13 rnds to 1” x 1” (2.5 cm x 2.5 cm) in stockinette stitch, unblocked.
Halter dress is knit from the bottom up in the round until after the bust increases. Stitches are then bound off and piece is worked flat. Separate written instructions are given for each size: Mattel’s Barbie MTM in sizes Petite, Regular, Curvy, and Tall and Integrity Toys Poppy Parker.
To work this pattern, you will need to know:
- Knit stitches and purl stitches
- Increase and decrease stitches – M1L, M1R, K2TOG, SSK
- Slipped stitches
- Twisted stitches – KTBL

Curvy MTM Barbie Design: Allow approx 28.9 yds (26.4 m) light fingering weight yarn. This design knit in Hedgehog Fibres Sock Minis in the Lovebird colorway.
Tall MTM Barbie Design: Allow approx 24 yds (22 m) light fingering weight yarn. This design knit in Hedgehog Fibres Sock Minis in the Hissy Fit colorway.
