For your reference, below is a current listing of the many stitch abbreviations that are used in my patterns.

K1BLUse left needle to pick up (from back to front) stitch that is TWO stitches below first stitch on right needle. Knit this stitch through the back loop.

K2TOGKnit two stitches together.

KFBKnit into the front and back of stitch.
LTLeft Twist. With right needle behind left needle, skip one stitch and knit the second stitch through the back loop. Then, insert right needle into backs of skipped stitch and second stitch and knit them together through the back loop.
PPurl.
P2TOGPurl two stitches together.
PFBPurl into the front and back of stitch.
PMPlace marker.
PTBLPurl one stitch through the back loop.
RLITWRight Lifted Increase - Twisted. Use right needle to pick up (from back to front) stitch that is ONE stitch below first stitch on left needle. Place left needle (from back to front) into stitch and drop from right needle (orientation is now changed). Knit into front of this stitch.
RMRemove marker.

RSRight side
RTRight Twist. Knit two stitches together leaving stitches on left needle. Insert right needle from the front between the two stitches just knit. Knit the first stitch again and slip both stitches from needle together.
RTWSlip stitch to right needle knit-wise, return stitch to left needle without changing orientation, knit.
SCTLSlip Cable Twist (Right Over Left). Drop first slip stitch off needle in front of work. Slip next two stitches purl-wise to right needle. Drop second slip stitch in front of work. Slip the two stitches purl-wise from right needle back to left needle. Pick up second dropped st with left needle. Knit these three stitches. Pick up first dropped stitch and place onto left needle and knit that stitch.
SCTRSlip Cable Twist (Left Over Right). Drop first slip stitch off needle in front of work. Slip next two stitches purl-wise to right needle. Drop second slip stitch in front of work. Pick up first dropped stitch with left needle. Slip the same two stitches purl-wise from right needle back to left needle. Pick up second dropped stitch and place onto left needle. Knit all four stitches.
SLSlip one stitch purl-wise.
SL1 K2TOG PSSOSlip one stitch knit-wise, knit two stitches together, pass slipped stitch over the k2tog.

SW/TTo work shadow wraps on the end of knit rows: Work up to turning stitch. Insert right needle into the stitch below the turning stitch on left needle from front to back. Lift the stitch onto the left needle and knit the stitch. Slip the newly created stitch purl-wise back to left needle. A “twin” or “shadow” of the turning stitch has now been created. Turn work. Continue with subsequent purl row.

To work shadow wraps on the end of purl rows: Work up to the turning stitch. Slip turning stitch purl-wise to right needle. Insert left needle from bottom up into stitch below the turning stitch. Lift stitch onto right needle and purl it. A “twin” or “shadow” of the turning stitch has now been created. Slip shadow stitch and the turning stitch back to left needle. Turn work. Continue with subsequent knit row.

When shadow wraps are encountered on subsequent rows, the shadow wrap and the turning stitch they reside next to are treated as if they were one stitch and are worked as such.
